We are provided by local farms and fisher boats, allowing us to count with own production and processing, absent of preservatives and additives, controlling at every step the quality of what we offer. Our culinary team combines Mediterranean cuisine traditions, on the hands of Luigi, our Chef native of Sardinia, with the merge and experience of our local cuisine.
